“You are letting your stress from the RiNo project ruin this family,” she said, repeating the phrase she had used in the bedroom weeks ago. “We need to go to Cabo, Robert. If we do not leave this week, we are not going to make it.”

“The audit starts tomorrow,” I said. “I cannot leave the state.”
