Boston Mother Cancels Twenty Two Million Dollar Wedding Gift After Morning Betrayal

“He gave his key card to Victoria,” I said, the words dry and tasteless in my mouth.

“It appears that way, Beatrice,” Avery said. “The log shows card zero-four was used at four-fifteen on Saturday morning. The external camera footage Vance retrieved matches that exact timestamp.”

“He gave her the card, and she gave it to Julian,” I said. “He knew what they were going to do.”

“We do not have proof that Michael knew Julian would do that to your hair,” Avery said. “But he gave them the means to enter. He knew they wanted to get inside the house to find the trust documents.”

“He gave them my home,” I said. “He gave them my safety.”

“Julian has been in and out of trouble since they lived in Worcester,” Avery remarked, trying to steer my thoughts back to the facts. “He has two outstanding judgments for unpaid commercial leases.”

“And he thought my estate would clear those,” I said.

“He probably thought he would never have to work again,” Avery said. “But Victoria is the one who directed him. She knew where the secondary entrance was because Michael showed her during their engagement party.”
